Kayaks & Snacks

Kayaking is by far one of my favorite things to do. Not only is it a GREAT workout, but it is also just fun and relaxing! This past weekend I took my kayak out for the first time! I had been renting them in the years before but my dad got me my own this past Christmas! If you have not tried kayaking yet, I highly recommend it!

So I have been on a granola and greek yogurt kick lately. I usually eat this inbetween my shakes, so midmorning and midafternoon. My favorite so far has been Dannon Light&Fit Greek yogurt (I usually do vanilla or coconut) and the Love Crunch Organic Granola! The best part is that Love Crunch will donate the same amount you pay to a food bank! Snacking for a cause! This combo is a great source of protein to help keep you satisfied until your next meal!
