Good morning!
I am very excited to announced that I am now a licensed Zumba instructor!
Yesterday I spent 8 hours with the amazing Maria Browning! I can not even begin to explain how amazing this experience was. Maria is the most inspirational woman I have ever met, not to mention she is ridiculously beautiful-inside AND out! And girl can shake it!
We started the day off with a basic Zumba class, then went through and learned the four basic steps-Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, and Salsa! Then we learned variations, the history of Zumba, and how to start a class!
Hearing Maria's story and learning how Zumba was created was so amazing. Words cannot describe the passion Maria has. It made me feel so special just to be in her presence, doing something we both love! Zumba is one of the best workouts, not to mention it is FUN! We actually look forward to going to Zumba because of the party atmosphere! I am so excited to be able to do something I love AND help others! Zumba is so fun and makes me feel so sexy. I am now in the process of finding a class and/or place to teach!

On another note, I wanted to share a recipe! I am a big Reese's fan, so I made a healthier version of Reese's oatmeal!
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup oats
-2/3 cup almond milk or water
-tsp. dark chocolate chips
-tbsp. peanut butter
-1/2 tsp. cheesecake jello mix (sugar free)
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except choc. chips) and put in the microwave for 1.5 minutes! Once you take it out, top it with the dark chocolate chips!
These ingredients can also be made into a shake! Just add a cup of ice, a scoop of cookies and cream healthy meal, a scoop of chocolate protein powder, and instead of the almond milk use a cup of water, and blend!

I like to play around with recipes and make them my own, or to my liking. Change it up and let me know how you made it! Enjoy!
